Usher's Met Gala After Party was utterly the ultimate party experience in NYC and of course your man, Flyzel has inside access and that fly on the wall POV for your visual pleasure! The highlight of the night for me was when Usher was getting off the DJ booth to greet the crowd (as the video above shows) and as he walked by, he looked at the fit, tapped me on the chest and acknowledged me with respect even though it was his party was the best part of the night. I couldn't help to think at that moment that Usher line "playa when you see me act like you know me..."
Reporting live from the social scene at the high-rise Times Square Edition hotel where the guests are A-listers, the champagne is cold and the vibe was on ten! Straight off of his superstar appearance at the Superbowl, Usher did it again hosting his own star-studded party after the MetGala in NYC and it was a who's who in attendance! What is a Divine Masculine?
A brief explanation of the nature of a true Divine Masculine
The first steps on your journey from transitioning from a masculine to a Divine masculine starts first with the realization, accountability and acceptance of your divine and life's purpose to lead you on the path towards righteous. This is what separates those chosen, few divine masculines/feminines from the overwhelming large, majority of average masculine or feminine on Earth because this calling is not an easy one to bear at all because most likely being a empath you're more sensitive than the average person concerning your emotions and psych to the daily issues, affairs and machinations of the world. Divine beings have a much higher sense of accountability, responsibility and duty to one's self, family, community and most importantly, obedience and obligation to one's creator than the average person.
The divine counterpart story is a very ancient, spiritual concept formed from two halves of one divine soul: the divine masculine/divine feminine twin flame principle. The Divine Masculine is generally and initially looked at strictly from the male point of view. Well, let me give you a bun and hotdog so you can ketchup lol Let's continue with their definitions. The definition of quintessential is - Representing the most perfect or typical example of a quality or class and Epitome is- A person or thing is a perfect example of a particular quality or type. The cat should be out the bag by now because, in some circles, he is referred to as "cat daddy". Most would refer to this kind of man as a refined man, a classic man, a man of distinction, a cultured man, a man of honor or simply a gentleman. Today's world is in need of more classic men, more honorable men, men who are exemplars of excellence, cultured and quintessential models of manhood. We all know, in our circles of influence, examples of these men whose timeless style separate them from the crowd and who dress to impress for any occasion and make great impressions wherever they went. Their words matched and aligned with their actions and behavior to go along with their impeccable style of dress. Men who are well read and cultured, who could command a room and who lived by the golden rule. Yes, men like your smooth grandfather, godfather, father, uncle or your high school teacher, church preacher, or best friend's father who was the best dressed man on the block. They are out here, they still exist and they are still on the scene! Yesteryears refined man is still today refined man, we just got a bit older, a tad wiser and we are aging gracefully like fine wine. I. Don't be late to your "Call Time" at the show, Models!
Models, it is important not to be late to a fashion show or a photoshoot, but this is for anyone in general! Disrespect comes in many forms and not respecting one's time is one of them! As the saying goes "if you're early you're on time, if you're on time your late and if you're late you're fired". There is no such thing as on time. You're either early or late.

The Flyzel Washington show is a variety show on IG that is the brainchild of creative, Kwame Christian. The show started during the early stages of the Pandemic as a way entertaining my friends who did not want to come outside. I still remember when I was given my first power suit straight after graduating college from my mentor. I liked it so much that I wore it twice a week, once on Monday and again on Friday and I could remember how distinguished I felt in that navy blue, pinstripe suit! My mentor told me how important it was for me to have a staple blue suit entering into the professional workplace and boy, did I need it! Workplace attire at first was a bit of a struggle because I didn't have enough work clothes to have a comfortable rotation of pants, button down shirt, ties and suits to wear! Well, in time I built up my wardrobe and took pride in making sure I dressed for success and looked presentable Every. Single. Day! Success is a mindset and clothes allows one to express their professional style while at the office or workplace.

Socialite: A person who spends a significant amount of time in social circles and is fond of attending various fashionable social gatherings, parties and events. Now, don't confuse me with famous socialites with last names like Hilton, Rothschild or Vanderbilt but you don't have to be famous to move like a socialite.
Listen, in this world I have learned it's about having access to doors and things you may want or need to make life much better for yourself. In a speech on C-Span years ago, Jesse Jackson commented that African Americans, on average, "have acquired money, education and property but the one thing that has alluded them to this day has been access". I never forgot that statement. Remember, the operative word here is access! There is no simple answer here but we already know some of the obvious reasons and social ills in western countries, but you thing is clear, playing the game, being clear & focus on what you want and worrying about what you can control increases your odds for gaining access.
Access is acquired by developing and maintaining relationships, being sociable & gregarious in these social spaces, evolving your code-switching and gift of gab skills and dressing the part and play your part without playing yourself! Now for clarity, I am not the son of an billionaire or the heir of an oil tycoon, so i didn't my cereal with silver spoons but just because you're not born into an situation doesn't mean you can work, earn and finesse your way into the situation you ultimately want! Either from an early age you probably were told that you had "it" or you knew on your own you had something which stood you out from the rest of the pack or group? In the modeling, acting or sports world you always hear people saying "he or she has it" and that "it" factor is what separates you from the rest of the crowd. You may have heard this from your parents or their friends and their references of how cute, charismatic or charming you were, your pops saying you're a chip off the old block, or coaches, teachers, & mentors commenting that you had something special or simply, the girls on the block that liked you and when it was time to play games like run, catch and kiss they chased you first! But to that particular guy out there that always knew they had something that any ol body could not buy or duplicate and, like me, you knew you had something that was special but you couldn't put your finger on it precisely at that time, then this website may be for you! Whether it was in sports, your intellect prowess, gift of speech, leadership qualities, your looks, physical built, fashion sense or whatever, but without the right tutelage, guidance, training, coaching, mentorship or upbringing either by a father, uncle, older brother or cousin, grandfather or coach, neighbor or OG, your potential or "it" factor may not have been fully developed or realized. Unfortunately, this is where over 50% of men jump ship, fall off and fall short from becoming the best version of themselves and reaching their own potential. Now being average, corny and regular is fine and okay (I guess) and everyone can't be great (this is why the stands or seats of sports stadiums/courts/rinks/fields, concert stages and Broadway shows are full of these types: [spectators] or those who looking at the men and women who have actually bust their asses to continuously work to be the best versions of themselves but i digress); but one thing is clear: everyone has the potential to be great! The hard work, drive, vision and the "it" factor is what separates the boys from the men and the average and ordinary from the outstanding and extraordinary. Conversely, women too can learn , study and understand how the male psyche thinks, our modus operandi and how we operate on a daily basis! "Being Fly" is a slang term that is used loosely but there are levels to its use. It's a look! It's a way of being! It's looking, feeling and acting your best so to maintain peak desirability, peace of mind, a good reputation and image, decrease the spirit of fear and to be the type of men our communities and households need in today's ever changing world! Now that's fly! This website will focus, among other things, on the 4 things all will men struggle with throughout their lives: Strength, Decisiveness, Consistency and Maturity. Conversely, these are the 4 things that women need, want and desire from men to thrive in their own societies, communities and household. Moreover, Flyzel wants to show young men how to be well-rounded, understanding the benefits of code-switching to successfully navigate society to their benefit, as well as in corporate and professional work settings and environments. As Black and Brown men, we are in a situation where we have to deal with racism almost on a daily basis and knowing how to navigate within this society is one of the foremost must haves you will need to know to maintain your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual sanity. Lastly, men need to learn and know how to dress and look the part as well as developing their character because like my mother use to always say to me "your character can take you and get you in places your money cannot". You must strive to become the best version of yourselves guys. It's as simple as that! This phrase is becoming more and more popular and cliche' but it is very true! The goal for me is to maintain a healthy look, age gracefully, be vibrant, easy on the eyes and overall in the best possible shape & condition, mind, body and soul or simply the best version of myself, period! We only get one life and one of the best kept secrets of life is to withstand the test of time. You must withstand burnout and not let it be noticeable on you on the inside and outside. Your deeds and reputation will serve you well on this earth and they will manifest itself in your life from the inside to your outside good, bad or indifferent. You can't hide from yourself because wherever you go there you are. The worst person to lie to is yourself! You control the narrative or someone else will! It's attainable, stop being lazy son!

In his own head, Flyzel thinks he belongs in the same conversation with all of these other famous Washingtons in history and pop culture. To name a few famous Washingtons we have Denzel Washington, Booker T. Washington, Isiash Washington, Harold Washington, Kenny Washington, Dwayne "Pearl" Washington and Bartender Issac Washington from the Love Boat lol! Now, I know what you're thinking "Who the hell is a Flyzel Washington in relation to them? Who let him up in this established? Whose man is this? Can someone get security?" Listen and hear me out! Let's start with the history of the Washington surname!

Who is this Flyzel you speak of? Man of mystery? Playa from the Himalayas? Sometimes known to be followed by your favorite dime piece on IG or typically on your favorite cutie's most wanted list? Well, hearsay has it he lurks in the cut sometimes on Nostrand Ave, Madison Ave or Market Street on these Brooklyn, Manhattan or Newark streets. But Flyzel also goes by another moniker: Captain save a bro! Saving our young brothers out here from the foolishness, traps and stress that their enemies, frienemies and certain principalities put out here looking to do harm to them in these NYC/NJ streets and schools on a daily basis because evil takes no days off. See, during the day he's in normal, grown man form and serves as a entrepreneur, teacher, tutor and mentor affectionately known as Mr. Washington educating and mentoring the students in NYC and New Jersey respectively. He has a reputation of always being on time, professionally dressed, intellectually astute, fearless and tirelessly dedicated to the students, schools and organizations he serves and loves, being that role model that the children, teenagers and young adults, specifically the young men so desperately need and desire today! He lives by the motto: "Be the person that you needed when you were young". Now, after work typically after sunset and into the evening, Mr. Washington turns inconspicuously into Flyzel: a handsome, charismatic, fly guy, ready to mix, mingle, flirt converse with the motley crew of interesting characters of the NYC nightlife. Equipped with his killer smile, gift of gab, well-dressed, model-like demeanor and pleasant disposition, Flyzel stays ready to take on everything and anything that the night has to offer, good, bad or indifferent. Moreover, a superhero sometimes needs super companions to save the day and his super friends are usually with him to make sure everything flows smoothly and correctly at the parties and/or events they attend. Occasionally a super realro (real-hero) needs super fine, lady friends to salvage the day or evening from the ordinary, mundane and boring aspects of everyday life that can drive us crazy or bored to death! WORD TO THE WISE: When you make that call to captain save a Ms just make sure you have a real cute outfit, a cute smile and a cute shape when I show up cause if I don't like what I see I ain't saving shit lol So when you see that signal in the sky at night or that black fist in the air or the shadow figure of a flyguy during the day and you need someone to fight off and beat up boredom, or you want a rent a boo to show off to your homegirls at a sorority dinner dance or an ascort to the Mayor's or Governor's Ball to impress, flirt and match your fly or you're just hungry for some good loving, good conversation, good company and any ol dude just can't cut it then call on your man, Flyzel to save the day, the hour or the moment! Gentlemen, Flyzel has two rules while engaging the opposite sex for potential situations: Be yourself and don't lie to get women! Listen. It's lame and disrespectful . If you are from a big metropolitan city like NYC, Chicago or LA then your choices of available single women WHO ARE NOT IN RELATIONSHIPS are literally in the high hundred thousands, or if you live in smaller cities or regional areas your choices are still in the tens of thousands, so that being the case, there are more than enough to go around and have your pick, playa. This website is all about being the best version of yourself and that means character development, being honorable and maintaining a good reputation and good karma! If we are truly each other's keeper/brother's keeper then we need to exercise and maintain control of ourselves which includes our wants, desires and lustful wishes. Again, there is no honor in engaging in extramarital affairs with married women or running around with another man's girlfriend because there is no honor in that behavior. Many of men have ruined their reputation, name, bodies and karma all for the chase of illicit sex or having relations with a woman that is somebody else's property. Ultimately, God sees all and even if you don't get caught in the acts of sneaking around, there is no escaping your karma because you may not believe in a higher power but ultimately you can't hide from yourself and as we say to the young people, "who is the worst person to lie to" And the correct response is "yourself"! Wherever you go there you are and if you're a piece of sh*t, not an honorable dude and men can't trust you at all well then you will carry with you the stench of an odor. And in this life you are either a fragrance or an odor!

It's all about access!
Here is a good example of what the game entails you to be, fellas! True story! So way back in November 21st 2019 I remember when me and my team got invited and confirmed for the Bacardi Rum Room event curated by Jhene Aiko, it was a party to remember and I can still feel the vibe and buzz from that night. A Bacardi rep told my peoples earlier that day that they received over 2,000 RSVP's but the venue only holds about 500 heads so now, because information is power, unbeknownst to hundreds and hundreds of party goers they weren't getting into an event that they got confirmed for! So you kind of either had to get there early and plan ahead to increase your odds of getting in which is the safe play. Unless you were media or a VIP personally invite by Bacardi then you are not considered an first-tier VIP and after the first-tier, you have your second tier VIP's who were invited and/or know the reps or the promoters who got you easy access into the event ! Third, was second-tier guest list who was lucky to submit the RSVP on time because that list was only open for a couple of days and then it closed with the quickness so if you got a confirm email you were one of the lucky ones and there was a good chance you were going to be in the house with Jhene Aiko and all the free drinks, food, giveaways, activities and all of that! And finally, those last-tier folks or the general public who were on the bottom of the pecking order of guests who received the invite from their plugs, friends and associates and sent in their RSVP's and also got a confirm email that they were invited. As you can see the event started at 7:30 but they let media, celebs and first-tier VIP's in at 6:30 then after keeping folks on the line even those who got there by 5:30/6 were not let in until 7:30 to in some cases 9 o'clock. If you didn't get in within those times or tried to finesse your way somehow in the spot and I quote the bouncer told me "because of the spot being at over capacity they told everybody that was on line you are not getting in and to go home"! Mind you there were still a couple of hundred people on the line and they all were turned away and mad as hell because some dudes tried to bumrush the door which they were ultimately unsuccessful. Meanwhile, we got in on that VIP line because we were considered in that second-tier group but we finessed our way to that VIP line and low and behold we got in. We had a great time up in that joint and enjoyed ourselves immensely, drinking, eating, received gifts, met good people, the ladies and talent was very nice throughout the whole night! Now, I'm not bragging because I got in but again, this was a case of having access, good timing, knowing the right people and finessing the situation and thinking quickly on your feet. If you knew someone on that VIP line you were able to skip the line and slide right in the line. If you knew a first-tier VIP and had their number or social media contacts then they came downstairs to pull you off of the line and you got in or if you thought quickly on your feet and finessed the situation to get you in and ride somebody else's wave then you got in but if you got there late, didn't know anybody or the right people, or you don't know how to finesse your way into something by using your gift a gab or was a good boy or girl scout by waiting patiently in line & not being proactive and waited on the line from 7 to 9, 2 freaking hours, then you wasted your cologne or perfume, makeup, time, your effort and traveling expenses and that basically that RSVP! Your night was kind of a bust and you left there very disappointed and you missed it!
So let's look at the lessons: Guys, there were at least 2 to 3 women who saw me on line and wanted me to get them in and one of them had a dude with them and sort of tried to get my attention because her dude was powerless and could not make something happen to get her in. I got a couple of DM's late that night from those women telling me they saw me and tried to holler at me to get them and their friends in but if you weren't part of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd tiers then there wasn't too much that could be done because you know how bouncers are even if you're on the list unless somebody comes to get you or you know the right people then no access! So as I tell you guys all the time it's your social currency that wins in the end because some dudes were trying to buy their way in and the bouncers weren't even trying to hear it! So money is not everything and can not get you into everything. So if I can get your girl access into a popping event/party and she is being extra nice, flirty and what not then playa, you're powerless and your girl's attention is not totally on you, it's on the next man and that's a problem my dude! And don't give me" that we can go somewhere else BS" because that was the "it" event for the night free of charge and it was super lit up in there, no doubt! So her thinking in the immediate future is how can I be more cool and friends with the dudes and people with access to these parties and events because MY BOYFRIEND IS NOT SOMEONE WHO HAS ACCESS OR SOMEONE THAT CAN GET ME ACCESS INTO THE SPOTS THAT I WANT TO GO TO AND ENJOY myself! If this happens too many times then you're not really a high-valved man in her eyes and that's when the interest starts to fade and her ability to believe in you subsides and then it may be too late. Just look at the opposite effect if you're still not convinced: Let's say you two don't have to wait on the line, you have immediate VIP access to this event and everybody is looking at y'all like who are they and the other women on line are looking like I wish I was with him and riding on his wave! So how you think she is going to feel about you once you two get inside the venue? Right, she going to be on you hard and sweating you for the rest of the night and looking at you like "this dude is a keeper because he has access and got me up in the spot". That's what you ultimately want! You're lying to yourself if you say otherwise and the worst person to lie to is yourself! But instead, she has to learn that she has to be cool with these people in the loop and if one of those dudes is a wolf, smooth with words and uses he's influence to help her and gets closer to know her, exchange IG's, SNAP and all that then you're asking for something bad to happen or your situation to turn south real quick, my brothers. How can it not! It's just a matter of time! Do you get the importance of social currency, not being an asshole to others, being sociable and getting out there & making connections and knowing the right people or getting information that can put you in a position to increase your odds of winning or nah! Are you getting this yet? Or you need more proof? Hundreds of folks got kicked off that line and left with nothing but time wasted. That's not cool at all! After some time in this lane I've learn it's about social graces, networking, linking with the right people, and not being a fragrance and not an odor! You must be proactive, resourceful, fearless, take chances, assertive, good character, the gift of gab and research a situation ahead of time but if you fail to plan you plan to fail! Get off your butts and get out there and work towards getting access to get what y'all really want at the end of the night which is vibe, a dope night and a good A$$ time!

Gentlemen, you must be on your purpose! Everything will fall into place once you know what your purpose in life is and once your potential is realized. It is a buying market out concerning dating options and there are all sorts of women to choose from but they will not submit and follow men who are unsuitable to follow. Like duh!!! Just because you're a male that does not automatically make you followable! It takes a great deal of responsibility to lead a family. You must have track record of acting responsibly, speaking responsibly and knowing how to be decisive and consistent when making decisions. When a man demonstrates he is able to do this she should and will be comfortable and willing to submit to your leadership and guidance. This is not a give in! THE NERVE OF SOME OF YOU GUYS! Remember, the three issues men will struggle with throughout their lives are strength, consistency and decisiveness and the three things women are looking for in a men is strength, consistency and decisiveness.
